Our sermon series for Lent is “The Prayers of the Passion,” meditating on prayers spoken by Jesus and others during Holy Week. We will sing the liturgy of Compline.

Palm Sunday

Sunday, April 13th, 8:00 am & 11:00 am

“Hosanna! Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord!”

Celebrate Jesus’ triumphal entry into Jerusalem at the beginning of Holy Week. The children will participate in a procession of palm branches, and we will celebrate the Lord’s Supper.

Maundy (Holy) Thursday

Thursday, April 17th, 7:00 pm

“Love one another as I have loved you.”

Gather with Jesus in the Upper Room, where he celebrated the Last Supper with his disciples and washed their feet. We will celebrate the Lord’s Supper and strip the altar as a symbol of Christ’s passion.

Good Friday

Friday, April 18th, 7:00 pm

“It is finished!”

Witness the power of Christ’s passion and crucifixion as he suffered and died for the sins of the world. This service of Tenebrae (Latin for “darkness”) will include the reading of Christ’s Passion from the Gospel of John.

Holy Saturday

There will be NO service on Holy Saturday, April 19th.

Join us at 9:30 am for Easter crafts, children’s message, and Egg Hunt for children from toddlers to 5th grade.

Easter Sunday

“Alleluia! Christ is risen!”

Celebrate the joy and hope of the Resurrection as we rediscover what new life in Christ means for us. The Lord’s Supper will be served.
